Happy New Year from NlighteN

Hey guys
Happy new year! For those of you who receive our newsletter, you will know that we have been pretty busy in the last couple of months.
The first and most important announcement that we have is that we have a new band line up.

After a year of playing with the band Tom Parker has decided to move on and continue working with various other projects he has going on. This left space in NlighteN which I am pleased to tell you all, Dave Barton, our former bass player has more than filled. The new line-up goes something like:
Tim Barton – Bass, vocals
Chris Barton – Guitar
Sarah Burrows – Keyboards
Dave Barton – Drums

It really is the most excited we have ever been about the band, and it has never felt as good. We have a dynamic now, which we have never had ever before!!! It’s brilliant!!!

We played our first gig with the new line-up on new years eve, a great way to start the new year!

If you want to come and see the new band line-up, our next gig is on Tuesday 16th January at the Little Civic, Wolverhampton. Tickets are £4. Tickets are available from us, just drop us and e-mail or message on myspace.

Stage 2 Success!

After a well-earned rest I thought it was time to fill you in on our greenbelt stage 2 success.
As it was the first time we had played (and camped!) at greenbelt we were very pleased with the feedback we received about our performance! Despite a very short set up time, we were almost ready to go when we were told that we had a queue of people waiting to come and see us! The venue was packed, and everyone seemed to enjoy the show.

Rimmerama

We had a great time on Rimmerama on Tuesday night, not only were we interviewed by Mike Rimmer, but Tony Cummings was also around to ask us some questions.
